After never originally finishing off some unused and un accessible space over an existing attached 2-car garage. S.J. OVERSTREET CONSTRUCTION CO, INC. was hired to design and construct a new family room. That would be accessible from a new flight of stairs off the existing sun room. Along with making the new space accessible to the existing home. S.J. O. was challenged to assure the existing functions of the sun room weren’t jeopardized. Custom built in window seats and wet bar cabinets were just some of the additional features designed into the new space to provide a first-class place for entertaining while encompassing the beautiful water views outside of the home.
