When the owners of this private residence came to S.J. OVERSTREET CONSTRUCTION CO, Inc. looking for help. S.J.O. collectively worked with the clients to design and construct a larger eating area that would flow with an incorporated kitchen renovation. While at the same time removing an existing poorly built mudroom structure then construct a more elegant and comfortable entry. During construction S.J.O. also updated the home with new blown-in insulation, vinyl siding, gutters and roofing.
