In addition to adding a new 1,000 s.f. family room and master suite addition to this private residence S.J. OVERSTREET CONSTRUCTION CO, INC. was given the challenge to customize this late 1990′s spec . house and transform the exterior into a custom home. By removing various brick facades, rebuilding the exterior gables, fascias and soffits. Adding crown molding details and cedar shingle flairs SJO used it’s creative imagination along with ideas from a talented architect to really change the exterior look of this home. If you pay close attention to the photos of the existing home. You will see that SJO used strategically orchestrated changes such as a cantilever bump out bay, new front entry way with a Juliet balcony supported by decorative columns and rails. Elliptical trim details at the side entry and front entryway transom, head casings and copula etc. to complete this alteration.
