When S.J. OVERSTREET CONSTRUCTION CO, INC. uncovered some significant structural problems in this balloon framed 1880’s colonial. It became apparent it would be quicker and cleaner to demolish the affected areas down to the foundation. Then start from scratch and properly re-build, insulate and finish off the space. Along with that task S.J.O also completely renovated the other areas of the home from top to bottom. With new heating/ cooling equipment, plumbing, electrical, insulation, finishes, flooring etc..
