Departments, Architects, and Engineers.
We also take steps to seek required approvals, develop a
schematic design, value engineering, and conduct a feasibility
study, preliminary budget, and scope of work. Ultimately, these
steps will produce documents and information that are necessary to
then lay the groundwork to develop a complete working set of
architectural and structural drawings required for permitting and
constructing your project.

the owner as an independent construction management firm. This
capacity provides a qualified professional with the same interests
as the owner to participate in the selection, approvals, and
negotiations of the contractor’s who will construct the work.
We will oversee quality control, the master schedule and
project budget, review architectural and structural details and
changes, and facilitate the approval and payment requests of
contractors and vendors.
General Contracting:

OVERSTREET CONSTRUCTION CO, INC. specializes in the field of General
Contracting and quite frequently is hired as the sole company to
manage and construct a project from conception to completion.
Our primary range of projects consists of complete gut and
renovations to existing homes, constructing additions, building from
the ground up and providing tenant fit-outs to commercial spaces all
varying in size and complexity.
Though we specialize in larger scale jobs, we have never
ignored the client looking for a qualified professional to conduct a
smaller scale kitchen or bathroom renovation, exterior makeover, or
structural repairs.
